REVIEW Multipurpose Argan Oil by Emma Nöel

What they claim:
Restores the hydrolipidic film of the skin. Rich in oleic and linoleic acid, it also contains a substantial proportion of tocopherols, which confer obvious nutritional qualities. Virgin argan oil is beneficial for skin care (dry skin, sun protection, prevention of physiological ageing of the skin) in association with virgin sweet-almond oil and/or virgin olive oil.It is reputed for its moisturising, revitalising and anti-wrinkle properties. It is also ideal for fighting the drying-out of the skin. It softens the epidermis and prevents cutaneous ageing caused by extreme weather (wind, cold, sun, etc.). It is also perfect for regenerating and nourishing dry, lifeless hair as well as for strengthening nails.
All of you who read my blog frequently know that I’m s sucker for oils. Specially non-refined, cold pressed, organic oils, like this one. What I love about htis particular one is that is so versatile and I use it in multiple ways:Cleasing: Instead of a foamy-chemical-cleanser try massaging your face at night with this (or any other organic, non-refined oil) and see the magic happening. It removes everything, cloged pores, waterproof makeup, eye makeup, BB cream, everything! Just massage it in, then remove the excess with a hot face cloth. Its that easy and simple to get glowing skin. You can wash it aferwords if you don’t like the leftover oil, I just just find this one is really good to keep on the skin to help nourish it. If my skin is getting particularly oily that day I’ll might use a cream cleanser, otherwise I’ll just leave on my face and top it over with some serum and night moisturizer. My skin wakes up really radiant and blemish-free!

Hydrating: If I’m really tired at night and I don’t feel like massaging the oil for 20 minutes or so ( yes it takes a long time to remove everything, but I actually enjoy doing it and I always make time for my skincare routine, unless I’m dead tired) I’ll wash my face with my all time favorite cleanser, Radiance Facial Cleanser by Burt’s Bees and then use the oil instead of a serum to help nourish the skin. Please note that I only do this if really have to as I prefer using the oil to cleanse, it’s gentler and more effective.
I also use a drop of it on my cheeks every morning before moisturizer, my skin tends to get drier in the colder months and I work 12 hours a day in an air coindicioned office so this really helps me to stay hydrated.

Hair Softner: I like to use it either as a pre or post shampoo treatment. I speacially like to put a thick layer of it o my hair and leave it on throughout the night and wash it in the morning, it makes my hair looking really healthy. If I don’t have time for that I’ll just use it on my hair tips. Please be carefull if you do this as your hair can be a lil’ heavy, always remember to use a small amount and rub really well before styling. I promisse you, this will make a diference!

Body Hydrator: Well if it’s good for my face is good my body. I like to use it on my hands and nails at night, it makes my cuticules really healthy and nourished.

What I absolutely love about this oil its the fact that is non-cloging, it doesn’t make me breakout at all (I have oily breakout-prone skin) and this gives my face an absolute glow. Love it and recommend it till’ the end of times :p
